Dear families
Thank you to all of you who have signed up for our Learning Conferences with your child(ren)’s teacher. It is always a pleasure to connect with our families and to share the progress our students are making. If you have not yet booked your conference, the School Conference Booking is still open for our Thursday March 20 conferences. Book conferences through your MyCBE account.
If you are having difficulties, please do not hesitate to let your child’s teacher know or call our main office for support.
School Council | Volunteers Needed for Healthy Hunger
In order to continue the Healthy Hunger/ Fun lunch program your King George school council needs volunteers, during the day to assist in handing out lunches. The next fun lunch is Thursday March 20 and we require at least 6 volunteers to come to the school between 10:15 and 11:45am to organize and distribute lunches.

Thank you,
Sam Palmer, Fundraising Coordinator, King George School Council
Learn and Share | School Planning
We know we make better decisions to support student learning when we build understanding and work together. That’s why we are sharing information about school planning and asking you to share your perspectives.
Share your perspectives through an online survey open from February 21 to March 31. Watch this short video to learn about the planning work schools do to improve and support student learning.
Please see our Planning and Engagement Presentation 2024-2025 of our school development plan and school budget and fees information. We would be grateful if you could take the time to read through the slides before sharing your perspectives through our online survey.
The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from families on school planning, which includes the school development plan, school budget, and school fees. When students, staff and families work closely together, students experience greater success. Click HERE for online survey.
