Dear families
We have a lot of information for you this week:
Only 32 Responses! French Immersion Program Monitoring at King George School
King George, Banff Trail, Varsity Acres, GP Vanier, Branton, and William Aberhart schools are participating in French Immersion program monitoring created by the CBE. We have only received 32 responses. Our partner schools have had over 200 responses from their parent/guardian communities.
In order for us to get enough feedback about our areas of strength and areas where we need to improve, we kindly ask that our parent/guardian community please complete the quick survey (only 3-5 minutes of your time) to help us get an idea of how we are doing and what our next steps might be. We will analyze the data from our surveys and a report will be published, which will include our actions for the next 5 years, based on our surveys of families, staff and our grade 5 students. Thank you!

Reminder - Class Lists – Learning Buddies
To support our work on class lists, we invite families to fill out the survey below. Your child has the opportunity to share the names of three to five preferred classmates for the next school year. Please note that the names you provide are not necessarily your child’s best friend – they are students that support your child’s learning in a positive way. We will do our best to place your child in a class with one of these students. The deadline to fill out this survey is May 12th, 2025.
