Dear families,

We all felt turned around in a topsy turvy way today! It was so fun seeing students and staff with their clothing inside out and backwards. We saw lots of creativity including coats, pants and even backpacks.

Reminder - Check-in at the Office

We want to remind parents/guardians that it is a requirement that all visitors to the school come in through the main doors and check in at the office. Visitors to the school will be asked to wear a visitors badge during their time in the school. If there is an un-checked adult in the building, safety measures will be implemented as we investigate.

Reminder - Lost & Found

The Lost and Found has been accumulating and we ask that parents remind their child(ren) to claim lost items.  Students in grades 1-5 are requested to see their lunchroom supervisor if they are missing any items. Students in Kindergarten can connect with their classroom teacher. All unclaimed clothing will be donated to a local charity on December 20. Thank you!

Kindergarten and Grade 1 Open House - January 9

It’s that time of year when we start to promote the French Immersion Program to potential students of Kindergarten and Grade 1 for the 2025-2026 school year. If you have a child who is eligible to start next school year, please join us at the Open House on January 9, 2025, from 6:30-8:00 pm.

Spirit Friday - Pajama Day & Caroling

Help us kick-off the winter break by getting cozy and comfy in your favorite pajamas on Friday, December 20.  We will also gather as a school Friday morning in the gym to sing seasonal songs. Unfortunately, we are unable to invite parents to this activity due to the gym capacity.

Upcoming Dates of Significance

Friday, December 20 - Human Solidarity Day; PM Kindergarten

Have a wonderful weekend,

Allison Hull, Principal, and Renée Samson, Assistant Principal
