Dear families,
Thank you for attending the Student Learning Conferences last week. We were happy to see so many families meet their child’s teacher.
We also wish to thank everyone who donated clothing, food, gift cards and money to our family in need of support. The King George Community is incredible, and we are beyond grateful for your generosity and kindness.
Please note that there will not be a weekly message next Friday (March 29th).
Bus Meetings & Communications
We will be having bus meetings during lunch with students from each bus when we return from Spring Break. The purpose of these meetings is to review expected behaviour to and from school. We will be working with students to ensure continued safety while they are travelling to and from school.
We have also started sending home bus misconducts, which we receive from the bus driver. When you receive these misconducts, we ask that you review expected behaviour with your child. Please sign the document and return it to school. Thank you for your support with this.
School Council – Parent Library
Last year, our school council purchased books to support our parent community. These books are available for parents to borrow in our main office. We will ask you to leave your name and number in our sign out book, so that we know who has the book.
