Dear families
We had such fun today for Sprit Day. I am not sure who did it better, the students or the adults? Students were so creative as they dressed up like adults and staff in the building. There were even full suits! They were looking spiffy and professional. The staff actually looked like students! The lines were blurred on who was who in the classroom. Thank you to our Student Advisory for planning this school spirit filled day. We are looking forward to our next Sprit Day.
No School Friday & Monday
There is no school on Friday, April 18 (Good Friday) and Monday, April 21 (System Professional Learning Day).
Walk to School Week
Our King George School Community will once again be promoting active transportation. April 22-25 will be walk to school week. Our School Council has organized a Walking school bus leaving from each meet up point at 7:35 AM on Wednesday April 23. Fire Drill
We will be having a fire drill on Friday, April 25.
Wellness Day – May 30
We are still looking for volunteers who are willing to share their skills and expertise with our students, to help us have a successful Wellness Day. Your involvement will help shape a meaningful and enriching experience, making a lasting impact on our school community.
Your participation matters, and together, we can create an unforgettable and inspiring day for our students!
