On Friday, June 20, our staff and students will be recognizing National Indigenous People’s Day, which takes place on June 21. We will be gathering as a school to acknowledge the land, to reflect on the learning we engaged in for our TRC Call to Action this year. We will have an outdoor assembly, followed by a whole school walk to Confederation Park, weather permitting.  

We invite all students to wear orange to commemorate on June 20 for National Indigenous People’s Day.
