Terry Fox Run 

The Terry Fox Run is an annual, non-competitive Canadian tradition that raises funds for cancer research in honor of Terry Fox. Schools across Canada participate, including King George! King George School is officially registered for the 2026 Terry Fox School Run. 

Students are encouraged to bring a Toonie for Terry, and families can also donate online: https://schools.terryfox.ca/136575 

Thursday, September 17 – Afternoon (PM) Kindergarten (will be supported by buddies in older grades) 

Friday, September 18 – Morning (AM) Kindergarten and Grades 1-5
